Comment enregistrer une affirmation avec ma voix ?
Sur une carte, touchez le micro, puis le rond rouge pour commencer et à nouveau pour arrêter. Réécoutez, refaites ou gardez l'enregistrement. Vos enregistrements sont dans l'onglet « Ma voix ».
Le mode miroir filme-t-il ?
Non. La caméra frontale sert de miroir en direct, rien n'est filmé ni envoyé. Si la caméra a été refusée, autorisez-la dans Réglages › Petite voix.
Mes enregistrements sont-ils sauvegardés en ligne ?
Non, ils restent sur votre téléphone. Supprimer l'application les supprime.
Tempo
J'ai oublié de cocher une habitude hier
Ouvrez l'habitude, puis touchez le jour concerné dans le calendrier pour le cocher ou le décocher.
Mes rappels n'arrivent pas
Vérifiez que les notifications de Tempo sont autorisées dans Réglages › Notifications, puis rouvrez l'application pour replanifier les rappels.
Pourquoi je ne peux pas ajouter une 4e habitude ?
La version gratuite suit jusqu'à 3 habitudes. Tempo Pro les rend illimitées.
Abonnements et achats (les deux applications)
Restaurer un achat
Ouvrez l'écran Pro et touchez « Restaurer mes achats », avec le même identifiant Apple que lors de l'achat.
Résilier l'abonnement annuel
Réglages de l'iPhone › votre nom › Abonnements › choisissez l'application › Annuler l'abonnement, au moins 24 h avant la date de renouvellement. L'essai gratuit de 7 jours s'annule de la même façon.
Demander un remboursement
Les remboursements sont gérés par Apple : reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I record an affirmation in my voice?
On a card, tap the mic, then the red circle to start and again to stop. Play it back, redo it or keep it. Your recordings are in the "My voice" tab.
Does mirror mode film me?
No. The front camera works as a live mirror; nothing is filmed or sent. If camera access was denied, allow it in Settings › Petite voix.
Are my recordings backed up online?
No, they stay on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them.
Tempo
I forgot to check a habit yesterday
Open the habit, then tap that day in the calendar to check or uncheck it.
My reminders don't show up
Make sure Tempo notifications are allowed in Settings › Notifications, then reopen the app to reschedule reminders.
Why can't I add a 4th habit?
The free version tracks up to 3 habits. Tempo Pro makes them unlimited.
Subscriptions and purchases (both apps)
Restore a purchase
Open the Pro screen and tap "Restore purchases", signed in with the Apple ID used to buy.
Cancel the yearly subscription
iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › pick the app › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The 7-day free trial is cancelled the same way.
Request a refund
Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
